Silence Speaks Would I love less, what I knew more? That is the question that surmounts The quiet peaks of in between Would I love less, what I knew more? View smaller that which is closer Be cooler, once nearer… Is fear that simple? That my heart already knew; What my brain could not yet fathom Does one state more, by saying less? Or does silence speak so much louder Drawn forward In a muted landscape of everyday din? Shall I know more, and still see less? Keep hidden the endless tides within me Was ever there a reason without cause? Clap my hands, yet never give applause The quiet peaks of in between Purple filled with endless dream Would I love less, what I knew more? Perhaps, perhaps Though silence speaks for sure Copyright Kkh 1/12/09 |

Wow, I enjoyed your poem. Each line brought me deeper into your writing. I like how it bounds me in thought of your mind. |
