if a woman is likened to a water glass in a man's eye to be picked up and sipped from when the notion hits him women stay dry men are the water well brimming with power always somewhere else attending to the important matters content to dole out their attention like momma did her lumpy mashed potatoes sometimes women need a little space too to be alone to gather their thoughts and mostly men do return to their thirst quenching wife-lover-friend There must be a poem in here somewhere. |
