i've been told i resisted life from the time of birth fighting against my mothers efforts to expel my baby self with a persistence that left the doctors distraught i've been told a huge german nun became a near-hero that day when she climbed on top my mothers swollen belly and with her knees forced me into this world are babies born happy or could i have somehow known even then that i was destined to be the daughter of an overbearing sot and a mother whose nerves were all but shut down There must be a poem in here somewhere. |

A lot of interesting questions here, which must take up a great amount of inner consideration when not distracted by other mental duties. I have no answers, of course, but can greatly appreciate the contemplation behind the words. |

I relate somewhat, Faith. My adopted mother could not have children. After being raised by her I can understand why. In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal. |
