Didn’t I just caulk that window It was yesterday or two years ago, But through it the wind will blow Especially when the trees Have no leaves To slow the blow. Everyday I find something new Something to redo To fix or replace out or in Things to do never end In this old home of mine Wouldn’t have it any other way |

I love this, Peter. My house is the same, and I love it passionately too, but I have to wait until I can afford somebody else to do the fixing. Owl |

Ah, an old house in the sticks. Not to be confused with the bat-cave... Nicely penned! |

Home is our sanctuary. I am always having to fix something too but "I wouldn't have it any other way." |

Peter, this snapshot of your home made me smile...I felt like a welcomed visitor come over for coffee. Of course, I brought chewy oatmeal cranberry cookies with me. |
