you had no way of knowing as you sat down next to me you seemed just like a stranger someone i knew just vaguely instead of someone who said they loved me constantly you asked about our old dog i relayed to you she'd died i said i could not tell you as all i could do was cry you seemed to understand why i had kept it all inside you turned around to face me there was sadness in your eyes the life we'd had together was destroyed by all your lies i had no way of knowing that you were going to die no, i did not know that day i'd never see you again they said you'd died swiftly when your car was hit head on there are things i could tell you but i can't because you're gone. Thank you, Lori. This is about the last time I saw my ex-husband. It happened a year after I had divorced him. There must be a poem in here somewhere. |

My last ex died 6 months after the divorce. It has been hard on our daughter...but I had already come to terms with that possability before the divorce. |

Ida-Thank you so much! I appreciate your wonderful comments. Lori--Oh, Lori. That's sad to hear. Fortunately, we didn't have children. I can imageine it must have been difficult for her. There must be a poem in here somewhere. |

You carried this off quite well, Faith. I applaud you for it. By the way, this is JerryPat, I have major problems with the JerryPat identity. A black cat ran in front of me tonight. I'm not worried. They don't bother Warlocks. |
