Look deep into my eyes past my disguise to the molten core of who I am Take down my hair and let it fall like silk upon our skin And then touch me there beyond the pretence of how I try to be Touch me there And set me free LGR(C)2/3/11 |

"Take the ribbon from my hair, take it off and let it fall." That was a pretty song, and so is this poem, Lori. You managed to keep withing the boundaries of polite society and still got a bit risque. Gotta love it. ~ What's The Difference Between Roast Beef And Pea Soup? / Anyone Can Roast Beef. ~ |

Thanks Faith, I don't think I have heard anyone use the word genuine to describe my poetry before. I take that as quite a complement, thank you very much! -------------------------------------------- Steaven, glad you enjoyed! Lori |
