Why does the sun shine through the trees? It shines through so that the trees can be enlightened... Why does the babbling brook laugh? The autumn leaves are always tickling its surface... Why do the clouds stay up so high? Because they're always picked up by the sweet and gentle breeze... But I have no one, to enlighten me, to make me laugh, or to hold me up... I have no one to be there beside me, I'm alone and I hate it. So don't ever wish you were a rock, Because you'll always be alone... |

Even the rocks are not actually alone my dear  They have the earth beneath them to keep them warm and settled. The air surrounding them to continually keep things moving and changing. The small animals murmuring beside them... So you too are never truly alone... love you! mama "...Never regret anything that made you smile..." |

It is true that those who say they are alone aren't really alone because they have God. Also, after I wrote this i got to thinking that rocks do have the ground to support them, so, a rock can never be alone.  |
