Thorned rose
Thy name is love
Scented is your beauty
Delicate, pure

Your presence breaths
Innocence
Your Rosered petals
I so passionately kiss
Carefully I caress
Your prickly sting

A warning
As droplets of red
Fall like tears
On the floor
Taken from the longing
The romance you bring

Thorned rose
Thy name is love
For not nurtured
The rose withers
Like the love
I feel for you...

Like Night needs Day
Good needs Evil
I need you to be complete...

You are on a roll, buddy. This is so well crafted I'm a little jealous.

The rose resembles love in so many ways.  You depict this quite well.  Welcome to Passions, btw.
