Oh radiant glow
Like morbid beauty
Black roses blossom
On the wreath of life
My dark mistress
Keeps calling
Far beyond the reach
Of dying morning light
Sinful are the waves
Playing tricks
Within the dark corners
Of my mind
Truthful I gaze
Upon the waxing moon
Embracing peaceful darkness
Whenever I close my eyes...

Like Night needs Day
Good needs Evil
I need you to be complete...

This is very beautifully expressed, dear Jean-Philippe.

It is nice to have you as a new member of Pip, but please interact also - besides posting your own poems -  by reading and commenting on other poets' poems, in the true spirit of this poetry community. You will enjoy the site much more. Without interaction it would soon become quite boring.
