The battle wages on inside, The fight we never win; Emotion faces Logic, This great contest deep within. Each strikes repeatedly, back and forth, Neither backing down, Like two wild creatures fighting to the death, Or two Princes for their father's crown. They change their forms, their powers too, But neither ever falls. They tried to stand together once, Until they lost it all. Oh, curse this war inside us all, When will it ever end? They live their life as enemies, Even knowing they'd do better as friends! The Hero Hidden Within Us All! |

Welcome, dear Liam, to these blue pages of Pip! You expressed this inner war so very well. We must sustain the heart, for whenever we let the mind win we have to cope with remorses! But then, what happens the other way around? Oh! Margherita |

Much too often this is the case. We have individual wars amongst and people actually wonder why we have real wars, like the blow 'um up and the bombing and killing time. If we can't get along among ourselves how to we expect nations who most of the time don't even speak the language we speak get along? ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways ~*~ |
