lately I have noticed
my periphery seems to soften
dissolving into the edges of earth
spilling over like lava
taking lovely you with me
piecemeal
only what little you allow
never to grasp for more
it is quite enough what you have given
I acknowledge boundaries
with a grateful eye
subduing latent desire
for real and understandable lust
as my lava recedes
at bay . . . at bay

They will come back, come back again,
As long as the red earth rolls.
He never wasted a leaf or a tree,
Do you think he would squander souls?

Boundaries...
Hummmm.
Well if you play dumb then they
will think you just don't know any better...
No?
I don't know!  I could never figure out
where that line is/was.
I met one gal in Oakland, CA. she asked me if I was looking for a date.
When I said sure, she said 20 bucks.  I asked her what she needed the money for?
I was 19 at the time, just out of boot camp.
I think her boundaries were a bit more relaxed than mine, and more expensive.

Interesting perspective in your write.
Enjoyed.

Haha! Yeah, I think I met that same girl, or her sister. Boundaries, you just have to try to move then gently . . . Thanks, JL.

Ah, boundaries...  if you have found a way to appreciate them you are a step ahead of me.  Respect, yes.  Appreciate, never!

No, Michael, like I said to JL, you have to remove the boundaries gently.

Thanks for being here.
