Twilight’s Lamp

Harvesting touch,
from mind to hand.
Fostering fingertips
to relay their tap and pressing.
Soothing harmony, two beings
un-divided.
Pleasure,
a moment of senses,
shared within human map.
Iridescent glistening,
tingling on shivering lips
Spirit revived in report
as mind and body attain
its warm assurance,
made with love…

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself.
Maranatha!

Wow, dear JL, I love this "harvesting touch" in which you convey the wonderful feeling of being one.

Truly delightful.

Good use of words in this almost classic-sounding poem of pleasure, exploration, and finally, and lastly . . . Love. Nice work.

I read the title and hoped to find lines worthy of such a beautiful naming... and I wasn't disapppointed. *S*

Soothing harmony, two beings
un-divided.

Absolutely lovely!!
