LOVE’S GRATITUDE 19 September 2011 Sometimes, mutual gifts both of them given in quiver-love and soulful understanding and both received in solemn gratitude of purpose, can bring a lifetime’s pain, a thick forever blade, twisting, twisting, twisting in two noble hearts and agonised in love in the silent hours. Dear sensitive Owl, despite the gratitude for the gift of love there can be that subtle, yet agonizing pain for what has changed. Detachment isn't an easy attitude to reach, though it would reduce the intensity of "twisting" of the "knife". This is extremely poignant. Love, Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |

In the silent hours even a grief-stricken heart can find gratitude for living in love. I guess once we learn what the application of love is, being grateful never forgetting its first consequence; we apply or overlay that emotion in our life’s situation even as those situations change over the years. Reviewing them in our silent hours. I am probably way off in understanding what is intended in your write, even so I think it is a beautiful display of a very deep emotion. JL Beeg smile! Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |
