The wind tickles me glad for the sun was smiling what a splendid day I felt quite refresh for the breeze was like water my mouth wide open lawns cut and watered it smelled like watermelon me filled with hunger I smell warm gravel the heat playing tricks on me then I smelled grilled meat As I walk along I look for trees above me for cool shaded leaves Pollen fills the air being bathe within nectar this felt delightful Soon the sun will set the sky shall be splashed with stars I will sleep under Dreaming of the day filled with the things I have seen good night my dear friends |
