Note: While reading poems and browsing tiltles, I saw a "piece" take shape, and since I'd seen this done before, herein, I decided to go for it (not being able to think of anything original had nothing to do with it...).I finally had to quit, as I could have rambled on and on ... so, if your title isn't in here, it has nothing to do with the beauty of it ... just my laziness. All were taken from Open 47, page 1, by the way...hope it makes sense...

A Gathering of Titles
(a poem from PIP poet titles)

Your Eyes On Me
a Study In Fragility
when Alone We Walk Together,
Broomless on B Street,
BluesSerenade pouring notes
from Rogue's Gallery windows,
The Girl From Ipanema dancing -
Time Worth Waiting, Looking,
Haunted By you.

Only In My Dreams, Only Just,
Each Moment Unafraid -
Breathe Out! Breathe In,
White On White, Sound Of Music -
Jen Kissed Me!

Exuberance,
Here But Gone - Lucky Fool -
Ms. Jones On Steroids,
Free Yet Captive.

Chicago Autumn,
Festival Park,
Language Of Butterflies,
Leaves, Know Tomorrows,
The Blues?. . .

You Are Asleep, my
Silent Listner, not feeling
The Layers Of My Skin,
nor hearing my Hold Me Songs;
My Shy, Scattered In Blue,
my River, Brimesong Soul Melting,
my Wish. . .

I sit, Hand On My Pen,
a Treasure Trove,
A Tiny Thunder -  Repairing The Damage;
But For The Kids, my Silent Listener . . .
You, Tarzan - Me, Jane,
and I, at the Brim Of Window Dawn,

Breathe.

Ah my friend,

isn't it wonderful when the titles
speak of themselves and make life?

I've done this as well...

and it is so much fun
to immortalize our friends poems.

Good job!

It is fun ... they have a mind of their own...hard part is stopping...

but we were supposed to be going to dinner, and I was told I'd be home alone if I didn't quit!!

Loved it, and yes, indeed, it is fun to do this. I guess we all have tinkered with the titles and come up with our rendition. This one was better than anything I've ever done though. Enjoyable.

Creativity at its best, and as I read, I could hear and see the cogs in your mind churning.
Very cool!!

Nicely done... one can gain inspiration just browsing the titles.  To meld them as you have done is classic.
