Poet's Déjà vu Tall summer grass and ivy frame a ruined door that all but time and the dead have abandoned. What ghosts and gentle, unnamed sorrows flicker-dance through these dappled sunbeam shadows, along this stone-wall forest path to nowhere, teasing vagabond hearts with a delicious and lingering Déjà vu. --- b. e. adams (7/22/11) |
