Damn, when you can sit and look at it all from the outside, when you pull away.... when you finally open your eyes and ears to what the world has to say... you don't want to have anything to do with it but yet you still type the letters on the keyboard, not really knowing if tomorrow is a new day... waiting... wanting... giving up, throwing hands in the air. It's just not there. And the Serenity prayer where God doesn't grant you the wisdom to know that difference, and by then you care no more. |

Ah, I would concentrate on Dixie being able to solve the problem rather than quotes from the Bible, which often are contradictory to begin with. You sit and type the letters on the keyboard because you are hoping you will be able to type out a formula for your pain and misery, and who knows, you just might be able to do that. ~ Eggs and bacon, honeymoon style / What's honeymoon style? / Straight up and hard. ~ |

This poem moved me so deeply Dixie that I'm without words to make a proper comment except to say that I know great writing when I read it and your poem is great writing. Remember - The flowers are always blooming somewhere. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they're not there. |
