Vacant exchange Those gentle fingers of yours cover my midnight light, Wavy curly tantrum plays of those thick black locks, Mysterious twinkle surrounds your eyelids at dark, Pleasant radiant glow around your tender cheeks, Nectar filled delicious cautious rhythmic petals, Shimmering droplets of majestic pearls gliding down, Through the folds of silky silk naughty innocent robe, Break my eternal silences, that engulfs our soul, Your deviating deadly curves make me a sinner, Those many twist and turns, random change of plans, The dampness that you leave behind my window sill, Words you seek, though feelings are my cup of tea, Aroma, ecstasy, pleasure is what draws your tongue, Tender warmth is what my conversation really needs, Prints on the empty park benches you quietly leave, Vacant exchange of unwilling midnight rain is what I feel. ©Prasad.N 15th July 2011. This is good, my friend. Exceptional even. The love showered throughout the lines of this jewel is vibrant and heartfelt. Food poetry. ~ Employ teenagers while they know everything. ~ |
