MIND TALK 10 June 2011 The crying was there before but the blend was unexpected like ships that remembered passing in the night. Owl |

I cannot know just what you were thinking when you wrote this poem, but it does have a nice style, and it is thought provoking. Also it is fun to say out loud. Many people are crying on the inside, but put on a good show so as not to appear weak. We pass them by not knowing the pain that they feel. Was this what you were describing? Loved your poem! |

Thank you, Duck for enjoying my poem. I thought that perhaps it was too mysterious and convoluted for anyone to answer, so I particularly appreciate your reply. I have often said that one doesn’t have to understand a poem, or a piece of music, or a painting, or a foreign language to find the heart of its beauty. I agree with what you said, but that wasn’t quite what I was saying – it was a “had to be there” thing, but you could say it was vaguely along those lines. It was more about a telepathic-like (but not exactly telepathic) conversation. Owl |

I like to read your poems - some are just worth enjoying the words and how you put them together. This does that for me tonight. A |
