Winter Young I’m feeling kinda “Winter Young” As the days go passing by Think about things, undone And some things, I ask, “Why?” “Winter Young” should be defined As, the declining years When, you still have laughs inside And haven’t shed all of your tears. I’m feeling kinda “Winter Young” As, the nights come and pass When I know, like all of us It could well, be, my last. All people don’t see “Winter Young” They are, too quickly gone away Like all those “Young”, we lose to war In those games, we People, play! I’m feeling kinda “Winter Young” Lasted, longer, than I should I know, I’ve done a lot of bad But I hope, I’ve done some good? “Winter Young”, will come and go Then, there will be no more And no one knows what lay ahead Once, we pass through, that “Door”? Beautiful and profound, dear Del Abe! I love your expression "Winter Young" and how you weave your thoughts around this concept. Indeed no one knows, but I trust we will "make it through the gates" just like all those who went before us. I love the term "transition" as it contains a new destination. Enjoy your "Winter Young" time! Love, Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
