Words are bit by bits sure stressed Though all are not the same Some are long with lots of bits While short ones may have more than two Or not When what they mean is clear and sharp Then none are held in less poor awe For those who speak in words of loft Are not as loved as those who don’t Say such words Or not So count the syllables, dear friend And this you’ll truly find If there are more syllables Than words, then be aware Or not |

I love when poems make me think. I like the way you say "or not" at the end of every line. When the family is together, the soul is at peace - Russian Proverb |

I absolutely loved this, Steaven - further proof of your being a wordsmith - in word choice and content. It reminds me a little of my poem "And" buried somewhere in the blue archives. Owl |
