Wishes |

A wishing well, for shattered dreams, brings hope with just a wish and a coin. At a slow pace, she walks to the well of hope, with just one penny she scoops out of her worn coat. A bit of hope if only for a moment as she tosses the coin and a reflection of a smile stares back at her. |

This is one of the best I've read of yours, and that is saying something, for your poetry is always so good. Wishes can come true, it can happen to you . . . Oh, sorry, those lines belong in a song. They are true nevertheless. ~ I went to a restaurant that serves "breakfast at any time" / I ordered French Toast during the Renaissance. ~ |
