When I Think of You

When I think of you
I remember your smile,
for if you had no smile
for me, my heart could
not feel accepted.

When I think of you
I remember your personality,
a personality that seems
so accepting, and reaches
out to me, even as I put
my arm around the small
of your back to feel the
softness of your femininity.

When I think of you
I remember how beautiful
you are; in body & spirit,
so beautiful that you are
a joy to look at and a
pleasure to touch.
