Her cheeks became What the children Began to see in one another How their feet Were so small They used them Like the small coves That hung from the balance Of the eastern caves She touched each forehead Strand by strand With the lions Watching in the background With her shy eyes Touching each soul Like the giver to the homeless She was as beautiful As you or I But she was so fulfilling with that autumn breeze She stood under the warm sonnet of the sun Taking each piece of the road ahead of them Slowly, she pieced them back together. |

This is beyond beautiful, Tomer. I would guess it is about a kindergarten teacher or a caregiver in a children's home. I love the whole poem, but my favourite lines are: She stood under the warm sonnet of the sun and Slowly, she pieced them back together. Owl |
