What is this?
this darkness which
consumes me
this plague like entity
grasping the very thing
that gives me life

my heart

What is it?
This spawn of loneliness
This thing called Fear.

This "thing called fear" is indeed one of our most dangerous enemies, dear Trina. I really believe that only a few highly enlightened beings are totally free from fear.

You expressed this gripping emotion with great power. Reaching out to you with a big hug, together it is indeed easier to overcome fear.

Trina! Great to read you (I was starting to jones)! Loved it..you are so intense... fear...well, it is too and I hate it and I felt that.

I lived with fear for decades, covering my fear up with bravado that was false. There are no straight answers to how to deal with fear, I do understand where you are coming from, but it is something you will have to deal with. I have confidence that you will conquer it.
