This man was a gift,
my first impression
of how a man should be
Strong and protective
wise and loving
this was my father to me...
Fun adventures,
special times
cotton candy&
carnival rides

Walks thru the woods
your hand in mine
This was my father to me....

And Til one day we meet again
these memories i'll keep.
And you'll be there with cotton candy
waiting just for me...

Wish I had someone with those kind of memories about me. Not crying. Had my chance. Flubbed it. Very nice poem, dreamgal.
