To be truthful during the Holiday season(during my childhood) |

I was more into the receiving than I was to the giving. More into Santa than I was into the Lord and the Son. When December came snow was always on my brain..then gifts.. oh and Santa too. I never really thought much on the Son until grandmother and Ma explained it more, chruch included. So me, my older brother and sisters became more aware yet our eyes seeked Santa's gifts, snowdays and alot of christmas cartoons. Until Ma told us there was no Santa.. but I kinda knew that. We never had a chimney, I never sent off a list and the tooth fairy never came with that quarter. |

Well I'm glad you enjoyed the poem. Also that's what my mother told me and i was up all night waiting for him and saw my sister put presents under the tree. But I will try to wait for him next year. ![]() |
