I will drink of the most bitter poison Taste its strength upon my dry and cracked lips Knowing my mind has lost sense of reason Still, I would keep taking the damning sips I would place the blade of the sharpened knife Upon my breast, the point cold in its cut, Feel it drain the blood from this useless life As sight grows dim, these eyes begin to shut I could drown in depths of oceans endless To sink in its dark and watery grave Of falling to sleep in dreams bottomless, Yet another with crushed hopes to be saved I would do these things rather willingly Than suffer ever, you apart from me |

I could drown in depths of oceans endless To sink in its dark and watery grave Of falling to sleep in dreams bottomless, Yet another with crushed hopes to be saved I would do these things rather willingly Than suffer ever, you apart from me ~oh, the things we would do for love...physical pain, death...both easier to take than heartbreak ~I am the keeper of what he cast off~ |

These are e-motions of the heart that cause high waves upon the ocean of love. Most beautiful! Love, Margherita |
