Thank you Alison. I'm inclined - don't know why - to tell the story behind this poem. It was written on a cocktail napkin in the Yokosuka, Japan Navy Officer's club in the summer of 1978. I had just left a lover of an illicit affair on my way back to USS Coral Sea in the Philippines. She was the most beautiful and sexiest woman I have ever known. So, while waiting for the night to pass, I penned this.

Yes I remember this one, I believe she was the one who looked like Elizabeth Taylor, yes ? Some lady, some poem !
