How is it that no can mean yes
How does no mean to take a guess
How can you say “please don’t undress”

When you can say that no means yes
When to get what you want we wrest
When you won’t settle for what’s best

For both of us to be just friends
For before it begins it ends
For our hearts a wall there defends

Our love that so easily blends
Our mixed pains as time alone mends
Our brokenness that our fate rends

Can we assume that no is no
Can we accept nowhere to go
Can you be friends but not a beau

As best friends I think we can grow
As long as I’m not pushed to go
As far as to have to say no

hi Rachael...this is an awkward situation with contradictory messages that make perplex...Things are not always easy but when there is too much complications it can be something to worry about.
