An ode to the mind of a simple soul where lifes mystery does not entice To feel and see and smell the world with no questions to invite Today is all and pleasure king and the morrow anothers domain Oh yes to be a simple soul without need to refrain. Oh, I hearya! I am reminded of the 'saying' ~ "K.I.S.S." ~ Keep it simple, Sweetheart (actually it's "Stupid", not "Sweetheart" but I think "stupid" is not very nice!) I try to be more Zen and live simply and in the moment. I try not to borrow problems from the future. I really enjoyed your poem and your message. Hopefully I got out of it what you intended. EA, yes you did hit the bulls eye. It runs along the lines of "ignorance being bliss", and it is, but sadly the contributors to this forum including me, think too much, but we can't help it.....Paul |
