it was over before it began a twisted perspective whispered behind closed eyes and doors. a velvet curtain inhibited their train of thought in regret of a lack of tracks or structure bought and sold along with her self respect innocence forfeited in a final act two passions hinted the finish line before the starting gun proclaimed the beginning of tomorrow's race his self-righteous epiphany boldly announced a fresh beginning of over-used truths while rejected words peered behind a trembling facade. assumptions play hide n' go seek with romeo's dirty little secret as juliet embraced the lead role as understudy the limelight was seduced by the lowest bidder in our drama that ended before it began. A well crafted intriguing read, greatly enjoyed. I especially liked this: "a velvet curtain inhibited their train of thought in regret of a lack of tracks or structure" |
