Shaking, My Umbrella! |

I lift myself in the rain; The drip-drop-drip-drop left in my ears; Off my raincoat raindrops sheer. The cat on the sidewalk; All wet in water sheets; Wet of wetness is covering the black drenched streets. All I want to know is how umbrellas fly; How as a child to see all the colors in time; A snapshot of my wild dreams; Open up as the water rushes to my feet; Take a chance and shake the sun, I say; The downpour into my smile clouds run all day; Off my skin, into my mouth, rain, rain, rain; My reason for loving the rainy day. This my favourite place to be; As I remember, shaking my umbrella! |

What a wonderful rainy poem, you described the day so perfectly. You make rainy days happy and bright, even with the sun don't shine |
