Words tangled in the midst of bitter faces Better places You'd know I'd never go Drowned by the voices of the tangle of webs The tangle voices in a tangle of telling fibs Only you can make the darkness turn to light And its like such a worthless plight To fight out of the tangle of voices from bitter faces I guess I could shout in a different places Or maybe pout in judgmental this disgrace is Huh, Like the rhythm of a river, my poems flows Like a feather in the sun, my poems glows My voice drowned In the tangle of the voices from better faces Better, more whole, perhaps blessed by god himself The ones who float above the clouds themselves Pick me up, together we could play Empty dreams of dreamers forever we could say Poems from poets, let the poetry bubble Words from the lips, here to only start trouble Tears from a mother who's seen roadkill Shame it was her son, no longer to fulfill His mothers dreams Just a corpse on the road It all seems So sad, so unforgiving Thats it for me. I'm done giving. "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." Oscar Wilde |

Seems I only have a select few who enjoy my poems, you among them. Thank you for the response. |
