As I look thru my French doors
There is open space filled with sky so blue
There are balconies that beg you to stand on them
There is noise from people below
There is peace also
The sky alone can bring this to you
Like flying thru the clouds
And landing in a place so beautiful
You hold your breath and close your eyes
For fear it will disappear
But no
It still remains
This splendid city that holds my heart
This is my Paris view...

RDB, what a beautiful and personal view of the "City of Light."  Thank you so much.

Lovely view you offered from Paris, dear Roniece! Thank you. We saw more of you indeed when you were in Paris than now that you are home.

Well I know where you can be found! On fb and there are quite a few beloved Pipsters who are roaming facebook and neglect Pip, which is making me sad. So please come back here too!

Love,
Margherita

How lovely.  The poem as well as the view.  Just enough there to set the mood, and leave us with it.  Well done.
