Drolly and dreary
Weary and wry
Singing a song
So no one will cry

Lay you down softly
And leave you to sleep
But from empty eyes
The liquids still seep

Tomorrow, tomorrow
I’ll lie by your side
Silent and still
As if I had died

Drift into dream
Rest without sound
And if I should wake
Before I am found

I’ll sing to you gently
The sins I recall
And damn the crude irony
Cursing it all

I can feel the embalming fluid in my veins.

I love my dog, and my truck. It's that simple, really.

Impressive, with a touch of soft and a touch of dreary.

Very impactful, as viking metal's reply shows ...

Love,
M
