Children play in the sun
on a warm Summer day

Angels sing,
"Holy Holy Holy"

Many perish beneath
the scorching rays

and Angels sing,
"Holy Holy Holy"

Suffering thirst,
water is found

"Holy Holy Holy"

A dam burst
and hundreds are drowned

"Holy Holy Holy"

A plot was foiled
Terrorist blood was spilled

"Holy Holy Holy"

Four U.S. GI's were killed

"Holy Holy Holy"

A babe is aborted
Another is blessed

"Holy Holy Holy"

A man finds salvation
A woman's possessed

"Holy Holy Holy"

Come joyful praise
or lamentations,
nothing stops
the celebration

"Holy Holy Holy"

From the time of creation
to the time that's at hand,
be it peace or damnation
that spreads through the land,
it's been less than a moment
at Eternity's seat
and the Song of the Angels
has not missed a beat.

"Holy Holy Holy"

~sigh~ So much wrong has been done on this earth under the so-called HOLY banner.
