Not superman and yet it’s known the up, up, and away no fantasy but a wish encased in a bubble of need and packed in a box of desire. The box can’t move or be propelled by the spirit of ghostly movers but rather it waits like all the seasons for it’s turn to live gloriously. Desire, desire; filled to the brim with the trappings of wishes and needs struggles to breathe and survive in its own little paradise. Wishes and needs hold hands every day for they share an incredible bond and tut-tut, pat-pat, their sympathy in sync with desire’s panic attacks. Desire has no innate empathy because it knows all wishes and needs have stacked the dice and filled it’s space far over the legal limit. Thank you, dear Linda! I'm up and away again because my recent move "nobody's friend" and I wanna go home, you know. But home is where the heart is and my heart ain't where it should be and so of a one who travels alone there's never a place called "home".  Helen |
