Dare to Love

Poong-ran...
I know that you are
emotionally detached
even though your husband
has called you to task,
for failing to give
all of your love to him.
In truth you've been busy
spreading it around,
taking your love to town
in want and need of
love & acceptance.

Within your husband
Sae-dol's heart
he doesn't wish to be apart,
still he possesses nary a clue
of how to love & satisfy
a woman like you,
instead offering control,
criticism and manipulation
to a wife desiring love,
caring and appreciation.
