(Haven't posted in a while, this woke me up quite vividly in a sweat hope you enjoy it.) It's hard to find a beat to drum the rhythm of love Ba da da da I just hope you hear this melody- Maybe you'll see. Ba da da da You'll hear it. You'll feel it. You'll come to me! Ba da da da You'll be the one I hold you oh so tightly! Ba da da da And I saw you. Oh I saw you. Saw you that day.... (Pause) Mmmm.. Mmm.. I saw you. That day. (Pause) (Speed up rhythm) I saw you with the world on your should. Ers. and a book clutched in your arms! You had the worlds largest boulder and a bag full of your- Wick. Ed. charms! And I could hear the chains draggin'. Draggin' from your shins! You needed someone to hold you. To help you forgive your ugly sins! You walked with your head held low. and burdens held en tow! The image of you so tantalizing so... mesmerizing! It just.. takes my breath away. "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." Oscar Wilde |
