This was is one of my favourite poems I have written. My friends' and family said this is also one of there favourites, so I have decided to share it with all of you. Look at the world around you, Tell me what you see - A little boy crying and humans wanting peace terrorist attacks and war in Afghan and Iraq Don't you want this to stop; and not ever come back. To have peace - where noone is on the streets. The druggies and gangs should be so ashamed - to have not lived a life the emotions harden and freeze and it won't be hard to not breathe the addiction is fast and death is slow - just let it all go And then you wonder and look up - to the one that you love most you don't want them to hurt; in pain and don't want them to ever go but you know they have to you know it's there time then you feel ashamed and all left out because God didn't take you - and you wanted to leave so that day the world moves slow and you had a dream People smiling - on the streets walking by laughing and having a good ol' time No war, no terrorists, nothing bad at all everything was fine everything, well Woken up with a sudden shudder you believed in yourself - and now with the others the dream enlightened you you started to pray - that someday, sometime a difference would be made. |

a nice difference this is, just to read your poem. I can see why they liked it. Toccatta |

Yes, we all can make a difference, by being an example of living in harmony and by being peace. We so badly need to grow in the awareness of being all One. This is a very beautiful first entry and shows your deep feelings. Welcome to Pip! Love, Margherita |
