Kisses on the nose, Drawings of a rose, Simple little smiles, Even through our trials. You touch my hand, Smell my hair, Look into my eyes, Little things that show you care. I look at you, Your eyes so green, So warm and tender, Your smile so confident, Your love so strong. In you, I find Life, Happiness, Purity, Wholeness, Forgiveness, Acceptance, Honesty, Laughter, Strength, Love. Through you, I find Peace, Comfort, Safety, Growth, Power, Rest, Freedom, Myself. As a rare butterfly, You are beautiful, There is none like you. You are a beacon of light, You create in me a tower of hope, You swallow me with your spirit, You engulf me in your love, Your laughter carries me away, Your tears bring shadows to my day. You alone, hold the key to my heart, You are the mirror to my soul, Among all of the riches in the world, There is no treasure like you. |
