I awoke in the middle Of the night And walked around And found everything dark And still in the silence I beheld black curtains Over all the mirrors Time had stopped Frozen in time upon the clocks And it was then I realized, I was dead But the night was Forever young And resuscitated by this I became filled With all the memories Of who I once was And who I imagined Myself to one day be All the feelings of Being alive Once again I feed And, Once again I feel As long as this fire exists I will have raison d’etre As long as I do not forget But only in the night For only in the night, Am I forever young |

Indeed! The night gifts us with infinite possibilities and nothing limits our perceptions. If we could hold our image of youth through dawn that would be the deed per excellence. Beautiful! Love, Margherita |
