If I could stop time

I would make you a star everlasting

Like the love that fills my mind

The love that pours out of my soul

If I could put joy back into your life

I would buy you the world

We would walk hand in hand together

In quest of dreams unseen yet there.

If I could conquer life itself

I would take you on a journey

Together we would be forever without time

Disturbing us or rushing us

Your kisses memory wouldn’t be forgotten

We would become the kiss

Your gentle touch would be there always

Whenever I needed it, only angels

Have the eyes to see these things that God shows me.

I like the term "Star Everlasting", that is cool and unique, as is the "we would become the kiss" line.

Very cool.

Chalamette Guy, Glad you liked it, who wouldn't want to be the kiss! It exemplifies Love.

Ceynwyn, Thank you! I love to post at Pip I have been gone for awhile due to illness and I wrote my poetry book too. It is coming out at christmas time I am sharing some of the poetry here. Because I love pip so much.
