The Call Of The Crane Eternity speak easy cool, so often at twilight Truth upheld on ebony seas, as stars embraced so tight Lingering, a note held hopeful on one-legged gait Captured my attention, settling silently to wait Softly, stroked my ear, the thoughtful fret of blue Folding my attention into waves of purple hue Waiting for the music in the quiver of the wind Perceiving of my cognizance, the Crane called back again Time itself irrelevant, the prize a priceless find Astute to all my weaknesses, my strength that call to bind Enchanted by the summoning, an ancient nature hum Intuit of my own soul song, accompaniment each strum The build of sentimental waves that from the crane called out Reverberated deepest in the caverns culled in doubt Knowing, without knowing that this memory would remain Ever to be rectified by the call of Crane Copyright Kkh 8/7/09 |

This is the part I liked--- Eternity speak easy cool, so often at twilight Truth upheld on ebony seas, as stars embraced so tight Lingering, a note held hopeful on one-legged gait Captured my attention, settling silently to wait Softly, stroked my ear, the thoughtful fret of blue Folding my attention into waves of purple hue Waiting for the music in the quiver of the wind Perceiving of my cognizance, the Crane called back again Time itself irrelevant, the prize a priceless find Astute to all my weaknesses, my strength that call to bind Enchanted by the summoning, an ancient nature hum Intuit of my own soul song, accompaniment each strum The build of sentimental waves that from the crane called out Reverberated deepest in the caverns culled in doubt Knowing, without knowing that this memory would remain Ever to be rectified by the call of Crane ·´~`·»Brett«·´~`· |

I always am somehow comforted by your rhymes Kathy. Effortless to read and absorb. |
