Flag hangin' from my back pocket, Wrapped around my wrist, Fingers wrapped around your locket, Steady pumping the fist, The crowd stormed the streets- They flocked it. "Here we are! We are free! Forever together! America-Will-Be!" Flags are the walls sealing our identity, As we protest this serene absurdity, As you enjoy the air of a cool day, A mother loses her son in a cruel way, It's been said before, and said again, Of the classless score, and life of sin, It can only be repeated tell put to an end, A bullet can kill, a knife can cut, A speech of skill, a soul to fill, A countless vote, A lawless law, As it is said in the time of democracies first birth. "In an age of corruptness, do as others do." "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." Oscar Wilde |

"A bullet can kill, a knife can cut, A speech of skill, a soul to fill, A countless vote, A lawless law, As it is said in the time of democracies first birth. "In an age of corruptness, do as others do." Simple words which say the obvious and yet so intriguing! If every one used the power they possesed! You say the truth yet you've molded it just enogh that it isn't too cold... Wow!! its got great flow... Amazing... |

"Here we are, we are free, forever together, America will be." It will be something but what will it be. A land of killing and hatred. Or will it be a land of loving kindness. Nice Poem!!! |
