Judy's Coming Home She left last week with no words saying goodbye. There were no notes nor messages, only reasons left to cry. She didn't leave on the best of terms, perhaps thinking she had bridges to burn. No last words to calm my fears, nary a phone call to make her departure clear. But late last night as I sat sad and alone she called to tell me she wanted to come home. "Yes Judy, please come home." Sans her presence, I never felt so sad and alone. JamesLee 20July 2009 |
