As a stone you sit Death in your eyes Your mask never faltering Never coming alive Only somewhere your puppet master pulls your strings You think that you're helping by not telling me things But really you keep it inside Letting the pain eat you away Finally making you to numb to focus Drifting into the nothingness of hurt Like a child with a scab you pick at the pain Making it hurt As if it's the only way you know you're alive Don't do this to yourself Don't do this to me I can't handle it But I can't give up (I don't really like the title. Any suggestions?) |

Hi, and welcome to Passions. This was an all too familiar plea from a lot of people with best friends needing guidance. Well done. I think a good title would be "Empathy" |
