I have a fear of open water, as in lakes and oceans and stuff. I hadn't written about it before so I decided to give it a try. So yeah..i think it's kind of lame but whatever.

Deep dark water,
hold on to what you have.
I know of all your secrets,
I've seen into your past.

Compelling little Terror,
I know of what you think.
I'm not coming closer,
I don't want to sink.

Most of all in you,
I hate your murky tone.
Instead of understanding,
all I see is stone.

I know that underneath your beauty,
your not calm as they say.
No I wont come any closer,
I wont be whisked away.

I didn't know you had a fear of deep water! :O
But this poem was nice. I like the third stanza.
