Things were always cheery when I was only five everyone loved eachother we were happy to be alive but then one year was added I saw things I didn't understand daddy just hit mommy I ran reaching for his hand I tried to stop my daddy I was crying and he got mad I cant really remember much but I know my mum was hurt real bad we didnt go to the doctor's but we walked a long while leaving and then going back 911 set on speed dial i never understood why my daddy got so mad mommy said it was caused by all the alcohol he had he always said sorry to my mum the next day I think thats the real reason he always got her to stay then one day she found the strength to get up and start brand new leaving behind bad memories she found the right thng to do |
